The personal factors that have a very important effect on job satisfaction are determined on the basis of the experiences acquired throughout the life together with the various characteristics of the person from birth. In this context, the person‘s gender, education, etc. factors directly affect the assessment of the current situation too. Nowadays, in order to increase the productivity of the employees in order to compete in the sector in which the international companies operate, employees need to evaluate their job satisfaction. Therefore, in our study, it is aimed to determine and analyze the factors affecting job satisfaction of employees working in a marble sector in the international field. Gender, age, marital status, duration of study and educational status were examined among the factors that may affect job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of the employees was evaluated with Job Satisfaction Scale and it was concluded that the employees‘ job satisfaction, gender, age and education level were effective and that the marital status and working time were not effective.
