GLOSERV 2021 will be organized by the University of Naples Federico II, Naples, Italy and the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, USA. Attending or presenting at GLOSERV 2021 is %100 free.
GLOSERV 2021 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, scholar and graduate students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Services and Retail Management and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full or abstract only (and original research) papers (which are NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic format. All papers will be double-blind reviewed by experts in the relevant fields.
